When can I expect to receive my order?
- Estimated Delivery: The total delivery time from the moment your order is placed to when it arrives at your specified address is between 4-9 business days, including both processing and shipping time. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping destination and other factors such as peak seasons or weather conditions.
The estimated delivery time has passed, where is my order?
- In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed during delivery. If you still haven't received anything 3 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?
- Are you not satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that and would like to know what we can do to make you happy. Send us an email at info@delmormode.com and we'll find a solution as soon as possible!
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
- If your package does not require a signature, the delivery driver may leave it in your mailbox. If the package does not fit, they will attempt to deliver it to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the delivery driver will return the package to the depot and attempt to deliver it again on the next business day.
I entered an incorrect address. Can you correct it?
- We cannot change the address of a package that has already been shipped. However, you can use the tracking link to redirect the package to a pickup point to avoid it being delivered to the wrong address. To change the address, please always contact the sender's customer service.
